SKATE FITTING

Our expertly trained staff can fit you for your new hockey or figure skates. We proudly carry Graf, Riedell, Harlick, SP Teri and Klingbeil figure skates, as well as, Bauer/Nike and Graf hockey skates. We also specialize in custom skate orders. After taking precise measurements and/or foot tracings, we will work directly with the manufacturer to ensure the best fit possible.

SKATE SHARPENING

Blade sharpening is a necessity to maintain top performance from your skates. Our commitment to quality will ensure that performance. Sharpening is complimentary with the purchase of any new skate blade from Picks N Pucks. Custom hollows are available by request.

BLADE MOUNTING

Our professional staff can mount your new blades to your new or used boots. At Picks N Pucks, we carry John Wilson figure blades, which include the Gold Seal, Pattern 99 and Coronation models. We also carry Graf blades in both figure and hockey. For the hockey skater, we carry TUUK holders and blades as well (see riveting).

BOOT PUNCHING

Boot punching is a process that creates a pocket of space in your skate for a custom fit. This service is available for most figure skates and Graf hockey skates.

BOOT STRETCHING

Boot stretching is another technique used to create the perfect fit for your skates or extend the use of your older skates.

OVEN FITTING

Heating the skates in a special oven will mold your skates to your feet for a custom fit. Oven fitting is available on most figure skates and ALL Graf hockey skates.

RIVETING

Our riveting service allows you to replace blade holders on any hockey boot or replace worn rivets on your existing blade holder.
